Payment and cancellation policies
Payment
Registration is only valid upon receipt of payment. Payment details can be found on the invoice which you receive after registration.
Cancellation of registration
Cancellation of registration has to be made in writing by e-mail to the conference secretariat.
In case of cancellation before or on July 27, the registration fee minus € 50,- handling costs will be refunded. If cancellation is received after July 27, or if the applicant fails to attend the conference for any reason whatsoever, no refund can be made. However, exceptions can be considered by the local organizing committee.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the conference.
